About Agent Security Index

Agent Security Index is an independent, vendor-neutral directory of tools that secure AI agents: guardrails, MCP gateways and scanners, runtime security, red teaming, agent identity and audit.

Founded by Carlos Paredes, an AI builder and security practitioner who works on agent guardrails, prompt-injection and MCP tool-poisoning testing.

The goal is simple: a neutral place where security teams can compare tools on facts, with sources, instead of reading rankings written by the vendors themselves.
